Dock Exposé 4.00.5 release notes

Changes since v4.00.4:

• Fixed the 4.00.4 regression where "Prevent Space Swooshing" could stop working on macOS 26 and earlier due to heavy Dock access during space-title refresh
• Prevented Dock folder previews from auto-hiding after you click into them and resize them — the preview now stays visible while you browse folders
• Added an Update Policy setting in Preferences so you can choose between automatic updates, manual checks only, or disabling Sparkle entirely
• Refined the Preferences layout for better readability with a dedicated Quit & Power button
